The document preparation fee is due when submitting an application. Once paid, it cannot be refunded. The admission, tuition, textbook, and utility fees for the initial six-month semester are payable when a Certificate of Eligibility is issued. Once payment is made, no refund will be made.However, these fees will be refunded when: |

a) A student who has obtained a Certificate of Eligibility cannot be given a visa from a diplomatic office abroad. |
※ |
b) A student who has been already in Japan with the valid visa cannot change to a student visa. Tuition, textbook, and utility fees are payable on a semester (6 months) basis and do not include an annual activity fee. Foreign student insurance is included in utilities. In addition, all students will need to arrange to be covered by the National Health Insurance. |

Application |
| Required all documents must be submitted to KIchijoji Language School by the closing date.Also, the documentation preparation charge, 25,000 yen, must be paid. | |
Step 3 |
KLS review the application. |
| Admission to the school is based on evaluation of all materials submitted by the applicant. | |
Step 4 |
The school will handle Immigration matters |
| KLS applies for a Certificate of Eligibility. The Immigration Bureau will decide who is eligible to study at the school. | |
Step 5 |
Result of the application (Certificate of Eligibility) |
| When the application has been approved and the Certificate of Eligibility has been issued by the Immigration, you will receive a letter of admission and the Certificate of Eligibility from KLS after paying the admission fee and 6 months tuition. | Step 6 |
You apply for a College Visa in your home country. (Since the visa is issued by a Japanese Embassy or Consulate.） |
Step 7 |
Coming to Japan with your College Visa. |
Step 8 |
Entrance Ceremony/ Orientation / Level-check Test → Your class will be decided. |
Step 9 |
Class will start. |
