Required Documents (Japanese)
As the documents needed to apply to a language school in Japan vary between countries
and/or applicants, please ask KLS before preparing any documents.
Submitted by Applicant
i KLS application.
ii Five (5) identical photographs taken within the last three (3) months. Size
4 cm (H) by 3 cm (W).
iii Passport Photocopy.
iv KLS personal records form.
v An Original and a photocopy of the diploma from the last school
attended or an orginal certificate of graduation or expected graduation
from the last school attended. *Originals will be returned.*
vi An Official Transcript of all courses attended at the last school.
vii Certificate of experience of studying Japanese.

KLS Letter of Guarantee.
Registered Seal Impression or Identity Card Certificate.
