Procedure (Japanese)
1 Applicant sends documents to their
Contact Person.
2 The Contact Person returns completed, translated documents to KLS and pays the
documentation preparation charge.
3 KLS reviews the application.
4 KLS applies for a Certificate of Eligibility.
5 A Certificate of Eligibility is sent to KLS.
6 The applicant's Admission Fee and six months tution is paid to KLS.
7 The Contact Person receives the Certificate of Eligibility and Certificate of
Admission.
*Numbers 4 to 7 will take about three months to
complete.*
8 The Applicant applies for a Visa in their home country.
9 A Student Visa is issued by a Japanese Embassy or Consulate.
10 The Applicant enters Japan using their Student Visa.
11 The Applicant completes local registration procedures.
12 The Applicant completes KLS entrance procedures.
