Private and Semi-Private Classes
(Japanese)
Classes are available at any time and are tailored to meet personal needs and
interest. Morning, afternoon or evening classes can be arranged. [09:00 to 19:50]
Fees for Plan A, Plan B or Plan C differ depending on class times
and flexibility in cancellations.
Semi-private classes can also be arranged for two students. Each student
will pay a reduced tuition. The same policy will be followed depending
on the plan chosen.

A student must notify the school that they wish to cancel at least 24 hours in
advance. One of two options are then possible: cancel the class and deduct the
fees for that class from the month's total; or reschedule the class for another
time slot within the next 6 days depending on the availability of the instructor
and a classroom. Same day cancellations cannot be rescheduled; but only half the
class fee will be charged.

A student must notify the school one month before the planned cancellation date.
After that, the full class fee will be charged. However, if a student contacts
the school 24 hours in advance, the class can be rescheduled for another time
within the next 60 days depending on the availability of the instructor and a classroom.
