Documentation Notes (Japanese)
1 All documents not in Japanese must have a translation. Typed or
in printed block style.
2 All official certificates must have been issued no more than three
(3) months before the date KLS applies to the immigration office for
a Certificate of Eligibility.
3 Officially registered seals must be used to certify a supporter.
4 A4 or letter size.
5 All sections on all applications must be completed. Do not leave any blanks.
If a section does not apply to you or your situation, write NA (Not-Applicable).
If you need to make a correction, do not cover the mistake with white correction
fluid. Draw a line through a mistake and sign your name near each correction made.
6 Only the Blue Tax Return and all original degrees or diplomas will be returned.
7 All documents must be completed with a black pen. (Blue is not acceptable.)
